Sydney’s commuters face more train strikes

Sydney commuters could face further disruption to train lines when NSW reopens next month after a state-wide rail strike caused delays of up to nine hours.

The Rail Tram and Bus Union halted train services on Tuesday in the first rail strike in more than a decade and warned of further stoppages if Transport for NSW did not come to the bargaining table, with industrial action protections lasting another month.
