More menopause support will get more women into top jobs, leaders say
Leading executive women say a move by parliament to increase awareness of menopause and put the onus on workplaces to better support their staff will help businesses retain their best people and help fuel greater productivity and growth.
Having simple accommodations such as flexibility around hours, good ventilation and access to private spaces during perimenopause and menopause helped their own rises to the top, they say, and all women deserve that treatment.
