George Calomabaris' collapsed restaurant empire is headed for liquidation after the administrator said he had run out of time, despite expecting to secure the sale of two Jimmy Grants restaurants by Thursday night.

The two further sales were revealed at a creditor's meeting in Melbourne held at 3pm on Thursday, after the sale of three former Hellenic Republic sites on Wednesday.
