I don’t like suits or chinos. What else can I wear to work?

The problem: Hi, I work for a large Australian corporate. Most of my fellow male colleagues wear button-down shirts with blue or khaki chinos and RM Williams boots. Others wear suits. I don’t really feel comfortable in either outfit but wearing t-shirts, jeans and sneakers feels like it would be off the cards in my current workplace. So what’s a good alternative? I reckon I could just about get away with “smart sneakers”.
