The chief executive of the $92 billion Victorian Funds Management Corporation, Kate Galvin, remembers her early days as a young lawyer at legal firm Arthur Robinson, now Allens, and being told to change her personality at work.

“At the end of my articles year, I was told that I was a fabulous articled clerk and I had done a fabulous job but if I could just check my personality at the door and pick it up at the end of the day, that would be great,” she tells BOSS.
