Employees can choose where they want to be

The great work-from-home experiment is slowly coming to an end. As vaccination rates inch closer to 80 per cent and governments ease stay-at-home restrictions, businesses are overhauling their workplace policies to acknowledge how the pandemic has changed the way we work.

Workers have proven to be productive while locked out of the office and the percentage of Australians who work from home has risen from 8 per cent to 40 per cent in the past two years, the Productivity Commission found.
