Emma fuels jets for the overtime, but she’s a gender pay gap exception

Leading employers admit they have not done enough to ensure that women and men get equal pay, and say the disparity is unacceptable.

Some of Australia’s most prominent companies, including property group Mirvac, AustralianSuper and AGL Energy, said their gender pay gaps were as high as 33 per cent.
