Dead email address for CFMEU evidence a ‘technical issue’, Allan says

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan said the failure to provide a working email address for people who wanted to give information to a government inquiry into allegations of illegality involving the CFMEU was a “technical issue” that had been fixed.

Ms Allan’s rejection of criticism that the Labor-commissioned review of the CFMEU’s Victorian branch may have been set up to fail came as the union’s Queensland branch appeared to quash hopes it would consent to being placed into administration.
