A major investigation by The Australian Financial Review, 60 Minutes, The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald has uncovered fresh cases involving building industry companies with deep underworld links, including several that have secured crucial backing from the CFMEU.

The investigation, part of the ongoing Building Bad series, has also found new links between bikies and the union – CFMEU organisers instructed construction industry firms to employ senior bikies as delegates as recently as earlier this year.
