When MA Financial, formerly Moelis Australia, outgrew its last office, the firm’s joint chief executives knew they didn’t want their next workspace to feel like a typical corporate environment.

Instead, the Sydney-based financial services firm hired a design firm that specialises in creating hospitality spaces to fit out the top two floors of the new Brookfield Tower at Wynyard in the heart of Sydney’s central business district.
