‘At least as good as home’: WFH raises the bar for offices
Companies are being forced to be creative to bring staff back to the office, with some encouraging workers to build their own workspaces.
In downtown Sydney, an office in a tall building with views over the Opera House and the city’s harbour has been transformed into a grownup’s playground.
There are pot plants and whiteboards on wheels. Desks that can roll around. Power points that hang from the ceiling. Telephone boxes that bring back memories of Dr Who. Foam blocks that can be stacked like Lego.
