The fortune of software billionaire and WiseTech Global chief executive Richard White has jumped 25 per cent to $13 billion – $4 billion ahead of his nearest rivals; Reece executive director Alan Wilson, and Andrew Forrest, after his wealth more than halved following his separation from wife Nicola Forrest.

This year’s Rich Bosses list is stacked with tech founders and executives who occupy nine of the top 20 positions, compared to one – co-founder of online recruiter Seek, Andrew Bassat – a decade ago.
