One of Ed Chung’s productivity hacks is to be organised.

The chief executive of TechnologyOne, one of Australia’s largest enterprise software companies, says his calendar for the new financial year is already set, and it is detailed. Importantly, Chung builds flexibility into his calendar, including the ability to rip a whole day up entirely if he feels like he has strayed off course. He also sets aside “GSD” or “get shit done” times.
