Boston Consulting Group (BCG) managing partner Grant McCabe has worked across the world. He now leads the strategy firm’s Australian and New Zealand division, while dabbling in AFL as a director of the Geelong Football Club as a side project.

As a senior executive, he has no problem backing himself and managing uncertainty, a trait he thinks his young employees should emulate.
