Former Telstra CEO Andy Penn reveals why he negotiated with his employer for a stint at the Harvard Business School.
Andrew Penn was the chief executive at Telstra from 2015 to 2022. In 1998, when he was head of strategy at AXA Asia Pacific, a life insurance company, he attended the advanced management program at Harvard University’s business school. We asked him what he learned from the experience.
