The University of Queensland and the University of Sydney have tied for first place in the Financial Review Higher Education Awards this year for the Employability category, spotlighting their extracurricular programs that help students prepare for the workforce.

The awards are designed to highlight the tremendous contribution that the higher education sector makes to Australian prosperity and quality of life.
