Educational institutions must come up with teaching and assessment strategies to take advantage of AI and prevent its use for cheating, the ANU vice chancellor says.
Genevieve Bell – a founder of Australian National University’s school of cybernetics who worked in Silicon Valley for 18 years – said ANU was one of few Australian universities that refused to ban artificial intelligence after ChatGPT’s arrival.
