Kalarni Orr identified her future employer, the law firm Gadens, long before they found her.

With a double degree in marketing, media and law, Orr, 25, completed her course at Macquarie University at the end of 2024. She had spent considerable time during her final semesters shoring up contacts, making new ones and doing her research to fully grasp what she expected from an employer.
