Flight drought hinders return of overseas students

The borders might be open fully from February 21, but education institutions are being constrained in their capacity to welcome international students because there are few flights to deliver them back to Australian campuses.

International students will start drifting back to Australia as airline travel becomes available, with universities being flexible around students enrolling online and then picking up their studies face-to-face if and when they can get here.
