Buy now, pay later normalises high school fees: academic

A Queensland University of Technology academic has raised the alarm on new financial solutions such as buy now, pay later encouraging more families to take on debt to fund private school education they cannot afford.
“School fees are a substantial call on a family’s after-tax income,” says Anna Hogan, a research fellow in School of Teacher Education and Leadership at Queensland University of Technology.
