'Brutal' year for Victorian students approaches end

For Victorian year 12 student Jules O'Toole, 2020 has been "brutal".
But on Tuesday, the most difficult year of his school life – and that of 52,150 other final year students in the state – will begin to draw to an end when the Victorian Certificate of Education English exam gets under way.
