All-boys private schools hike fees faster than the rest

Parents of boys pay a premium for choosing single-sex private schools with the average fee increases for 2022 rising by a far higher rate than those of all-girls and co-educational schools.

An annual survey of tuition fees for private schools across Australia has found that after negligible fee hikes in 2021, the additional costs of delivering education during the pandemic have pushed up fees again, but at a pace in line with inflation.
