When Samantha Santos joined Deloitte four years ago as a graduate straight out of university, she had aspirations to one day make partner.

“Ask me four years ago, ‘What do you want to be? What’s success for you?’ and I probably would have said, ‘Oh, I want to make partner, I want to be the boss’,” said Santos, now 27 and a senior consultant in Deloitte’s space sector advisory practice.
