The sheer volume of inquiries into supermarket pricing would appear to be overkill, despite the cost-of-living crisis being real.

The noise will be massive from these inquiries over the next 12 months, including those conducted by the ACTU, Treasury, a senate committee and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
