Australia’s property market has been on a roller coaster ride over the past three years, with surging COVID-19 price rises in 2020/21, followed by 2022’s rate-hike induced descent.
Such volatility may have left many property investors a little dizzy, and somewhat fearful of the journey ahead. But amidst all the volatility, the ground is actually stabilising, with market dynamics returning to a longer-term normality.
