Not all construction companies are a mess – this is where to look

With high underlying demand, there are lucrative potential returns for those that can survive current pressures.

In the October budget, a goal of one million new dwellings to be constructed over five years from 2024 was set.

While well-accepted, some pointed to the target as aligning with what would have been built regardless, with the elephant in the room being where to find the construction resources and companies to meet such a target.
