Investor Greg O’Reilly has the ASX and some of Australia’s biggest companies in his sights after taking a dispute over a $62 fee charged by share registry to the Federal Court and winning.

Mr O’Reilly dug his heels in over off-market transfer fees commonly charged since 2011 by share registries acting on behalf of ASX-listed companies.
