A failure of the prior board to conduct adequate succession planning, White’s sordid romantic escapades and seeming disregard for transparency and corporate governance, have landed the $27 billion logistics software company where it is. Underlying governance concerns and the distraction this whole saga is causing the logistics software giant, has seen investors wipe about $13 billion from its market capitalisation this year.
