Australian companies say they are struggling to import talented workers, with technology industry leaders blaming the scrapping of 457 visas and intense competition with overseas employers.

Workers with cybersecurity skills were the hardest to secure at a time when businesses are being told to focus more and more on their IT security, the business leaders said.
