Software company TechnologyOne and its vocal founder Adrian Di Marco face a High Court challenge over claims they illegally fired a former manager and bullied him to the extent he has been unable to work again.
Behnam Roohizadegan, a former Victorian manager for the listed software firm, will seek special leave to appeal to the High Court a full Federal Court decision handed down last month, which overturned a $5.2 million damages payout he received in an initial court victory in 2020, to the High Court.
