In his umpteenth public salvo against proxy advisers, TechnologyOne executive chairman Adrian Di Marco has labelled them “arrogant”. Further, he added over the weekend, the scrutiny placed on the remuneration arrangements of listed companies made it “hard to get the best people, particularly in tech”.
