Tesla’s Australian chairwoman Robyn Denholm was blasted by a US judge for a “lackadaisical approach” to governance at the electric carmaker as she voided Elon Musk’s record $US55 billion pay package.
The Delaware judge agreed with a shareholder complaint that the Tesla founder’s pay package was excessive and painted a picture of a board that was financially reliant on its Tesla riches.
