The former chairman of fund manager Investors Mutual, Don Sharp, is plotting a $4 million capital raising and ASX listing for his latest venture InPayTech, which operates in the lucrative payment systems industry.
Mr Sharp, a finance industry veteran who also co-founded advice group Bridges Financial Services, is looking to secure investors for InPayTech, an overlay services group slated to list on the Australian Securities Exchange later this year.
