Industry superannuation funds are expected to bid as part of a consortium to modernise and operate Victoria’s $1.8 billion motor registry and licensing regime.
The Victorian government called for expressions of interest for a joint venture partner for the ailing tech system and Morgan Stanley is managing the bidding process.
