Health start-up Eucalyptus to ditch Woolworths, cash in on Wegovy online

The founder of Australian health technology start-up Eucalyptus plans to stop selling fertility and skincare products in stores including Woolworths and Priceline, sacking ten staff members to concentrate on hawking more profitable weight-loss drugs online.

In surprising comments, Eucalyptus chief executive Tim Doyle admitted that his company’s fertility brand Kin “kind of sucked” and skincare business Software “barely makes money”. He told The Australian Financial Review he intended to follow up his words with changes.
