Andrew Forrest has former NASA chief of staff George Whitesides on side as he continues to invest millions of dollars in a moonshot aimed at fireproofing Australia using technology start-ups.
The Forrest family’s Minderoo Foundation is backing a new San Francisco-based $US35 million ($55.4 million) firetech venture fund that is led by WePay founder Bill Clerico with Mr Whitesides on board as a partner.
