As we wrote in May, Sydney dealmaker and Liberal fundraiser Adam Blumenthal (of family firm Everblu Capital) has been charged with causing reckless grievous bodily harm to Terrence Clee, an executive director at Everblu-advised, ASX-listed tech company Manalto. Of which Blumenthal is, somewhat controversially, a major shareholder.
So, it's notable that since then, Clee has left Manalto. He resigned last month. The company gave no reason for his departure, but did thank him for his service, while noting he'd be around for a smooth handover.
