Sydney dealmaker Adam Blumenthal has appeared in Waverley Local Court on a charge of reckless grievous bodily harm.
Blumenthal is the chairman of family-run corporate adviser Everblu Capital, several of whose microcap clients have drawn the ire of the ASX for what it has argued are breaches of the listing rules that have benefited its corporate adviser.
