Employment Hero has accused one of its investors, Seek, of anticompetitive conduct after the ASX-listed recruitment giant cut off the billion-dollar human resources start-up’s access to its hiring platform.

In filings with the Federal Court, Employment Hero is attempting to stop Seek from terminating its access to a tool that allows developers to connect to their platform and automate parts of the recruitment process.
