David Dicker has called time on his 47-year reign at the top of Dicker Data, announcing he will step down as the chief executive and chairman of the ASX-listed IT distributor to pursue other interests.
Dicker, who founded the eponymous company in 1978 with ex-wife Fiona Brown, has agreed to a six-month consultancy agreement with the company to “provide strategic advice on market terms”.
