Bill Ferris has given his strongest hint yet of the national innovation strategy he will hand government next month, and said examples of businesses that can arrest Australia's sliding productivity growth already exist.
The chair of the Innovation & Science Australia (ISA) independent statutory board outlined five 'policy imperatives' for government at Tuesday's Financial Review Innovation Summit 2017.
