WiseTech Global is facing a challenge from new artificial intelligence-based competitors who say they can undercut its software fees, as the ASX giant brawls with angry customers over price increases of up to 30 per cent.

Customers have flooded WiseTech’s help desk, social media and industry bodies with complaints this week after it moved 95 per cent of its users to new product bundles with artificial intelligence features.
