Real Flow Finance isn’t content with its position as the No.1 player in the New Zealand real estate finance market. The proptech start-up and non-bank lender has tapped boutique firm Ad Astra Corporate Advisory to hunt down a capital partner.

Sydney-based Real Flow was founded in 2013 by former estate agent Justin Steer, initially as an advance commission service. It has since added more product lines such as vendor financing, property styling financing and rental financing.
