Tanarra Capital readies $400m exit at SaaS business Health Metrics

John Wylie’s private equity team inside Tanarra Capital landed its maiden exit last year. Now he’s hoping his dealmakers give him reason to pop the champagne again with Health Metrics, a client record software platform for operators in the residential aged care, home care and disability sectors.
