Here’s another deal for Australia’s private equity set, which has shown itself to be hot for dental assets.
Street Talk understands Morgan Stanley and Gilbert + Tobin have been appointed to sell Dental Boutique, a chain of general and cosmetic dental clinics, which has worked with over 50,000 patients and placed more than 120,000 veneers and over 20,000 implants.
