Microequities AM buys stake in edtech Global IT Factory

Carlos Gil and Les Szekely’s Microequities Asset Management made 33 per cent IRR at education software start-up CourseLoop when it attracted a bid from the $9.6 billion TechnologyOne in November. Now they are back sifting through up-for-grabs edtechs to find their next winner.
