Goldman, UBS, Barrenjoey in box seat to pilot Virgin Australia IPO
Three investment banks have emerged as lead contenders to manage Virgin Australia’s proposed initial public offering and re-listing on the ASX.
While the mandates are yet to be formally agreed by Bain Capital’s head office, chat among the local investment banks suggests Goldman Sachs, UBS and Barrenjoey Capital Partners are in the box seat following last week’s pitches.
