Costa Group IPO tipped to price at $2.25

Sources close to Costa Group's initial public offering were tipping by after-market Tuesday that the deal was likely to price at $2.25.

The fruit and vegetable grower's institutional bookbuild opened at 10am with advisers Goldman Sachs and UBS taking offers between $2.20 to $2.70 a share, or 14.8 to 17.6 times forecast fiscal 2016 earnings.
