Cherry on top: Queensland family office buys No.1 ice-cream cone maker

Brisbane’s Alvia Asset Partners, which invests $650 million on behalf of about 60 family offices and non-profit clients, has scooped up a stake in the country’s largest ice-cream cone manufacturer.

Altimate sells ice-cream cones via supermarket giants, quick-service restaurants and independent ice-creameries.
