Ampol-backed EV charging biz EVOS taps Azure Capital to vet interest

Brisbane’s EVOS Energy, a start-up that manufactures chargers for electric vehicles, is ready for a spin on the dealmaking circuit.

Street Talk can reveal the five-year-old company has mandated Azure Capital, after fielding inbound interest from a handful of parties amid an expansion into the Asian market. It sells AC-charging hardware and software products for EVs that are manufactured in Queensland.
